We were pleased to find the property in a very clean condition (which was a huge concern of ours). It was roomy and very comfortable for our family of 5. The location was perfect to use as base for Arches and Canyonlands, and close to Moab’s supermarkets and restaurants. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed four nights at this condo and appreciated the spacious, modern and clean accommodations. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, and this was a perfect base for our Moab stay. The condo is about 10 minutes south of Central Moab. From the front porch you have beautiful views of the valley. We would definitely stay here again!

“We loved this property. There were six of us including two teenagers and the accommodation handled us perfectly. Very well and thoughtfully laid out…good quality and tasteful furnishings and exceptionally clean and new. Loved the location just south of Moab for quietness and to be just outside the bustle of Moab which even in October can seem busy. We used the hot tub/pool area which was super close and really nice, even in the rain! If we were ever back in this area, I would come back in a heartbeat. We hiked at Arches although the weather was not cooperative for tons of hiking. Wandered around Moab, a very cute town. Recommend Miguel’s Restaurant for good Mexican food.”

“Came out to Utah from Chicago area for my niece’s wedding.This was my first time here. We had a great time in Moab taking on some of the toughest hiking trails then retreating back to our VRBO rental just South of Moab. The amenities were remarkable in this new 3 bedroom town home. It’s hard to believe that we could get this place for less than the cost of a hotel but we did. Nicole was the perfect host to make our stay even better”

“This town home was very nice. Newer construction that’s fairly close to town. Not within walking distance though. It has a 2 car garage with laundry facilities onsite (if needed). There were several beach towels for the pool, a nice pool and sports court, and several nice big fields right around the complex. The house was fully stocked with extra blankets, pillows, bath towels, bed linens, and kitchen appliances. Overall very happy with our stay,we’d definitely rent again!”
